Brenda, who was honored as Realtor® of the Year in 2013 by the Mid-Valley Association of REALTORS®, has long been known for her innovative and customized marketing approach. From high-impact visuals and digital storytelling to community-centered branding, she ensures each listing stands out in a competitive marketplace. Her vision and leadership have helped shape the team’s reputation for excellence and collaboration.

Drew was honored as Realtor® of the Year in 2022, served as President of MVAR, and is the current Government Affairs Committee Chair at Oregon Realtors®.

That spirit of teamwork was recognized when the Bonebrake team was honored in 2021 with the inaugural “Team of the Year” award from the Mid-Valley Association of REALTORS®. This distinction reflects not only their professional accomplishments but also their commitment to clients and the community.

Brenda Bonebrake has listed and sold real estate in the Willamette Valley for nearly 40 years. With a passion for helping people, she quickly rose to the top of her industry by exceeding client expectations while building her business and a top-tier team.

The Bonebrake Team specializes in helping sellers with residential homes, acreage, estates and probate, new construction, and farm & ranch properties. Drew Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge and a win-win attitude, making him a trusted resource for clients who return to him repeatedly for expert guidance. Leslie Stewart, our dedicated Buyer’s Agent and true Canyon Girl, works exclusively with buyers, ensuring they make informed and confident decisions.  Dedicated to protecting your property rights, the team is highly involved with the Mid Valley Association of REALTORS®, with Leslie serving as the North Santiam Representative on the Board of Directors.  Drew serves as this year's Oregon REALTORS® Government Affairs Committee Chairman. The team participates in REALTOR® Day at the Capitol during the long session of the Oregon Legislature by meeting with local lawmakers.

The team supports Scio FFA, Stayton Varsity Girls Softball, and the Mill City Gates Recreation Association plus has provided several mini-grants for local schools and sports teams. The team is known for fun and hi-jinx with their yearly Halloween and Christmas cards.  They love reconnecting with their clients at their Annual Client appreciation events; the Hanging Flower Basket Giveaway in May and the first-ever Free Pumpkin Pie Event for Thanksgiving in partnership with Director's Mortgage.
